In order to Qualify for DSL service your computer must have a Network Interface Card (NIC) with current drivers, installed.  Your operating system must be windows 98 SE or better, you must have a minimum of 512 MB of RAM and a PIII 800 mhz or better processor.  You must have Internet Explorer 6.0 or better and Outlook Express 2.0 or better for email.

Liberty Bell Telecom will provide basic setup and support for most computers; however if you system does not meet our minimum system requirements we will not be able to provide technical support.

Not all areas are DSL serviceable, actual speeds may vary depending on location.

E-mail not available in all areas.

DSL Modem is required, and not include in monthly rates or installation fees.  Modems can be purchased or leased from Liberty Bell Telecom, contact customer service for additional information.  Not all DSL modems will work with the Liberty Bell DSL service and only ActionTec GT701 & GT701WG modems will be supported by Liberty Bell Telecom technical support.

Liberty Bell Telecom guarantees DSL service to the Network Interface Device.  Additional wiring maybe required at additional costs.

DSL Restoral Fee: $25.00 Non-Recurring Charge, if you subscribe to Liberty Bell DSL service and your dial tone is suspended for non-payment, you will be charged this fee in addition to any restoral charges associated with your Voice Services.
